  • We are striving to offer equal opportunity to all to join our club and to play, promote and support the sport of korfball in Milton Keynes. Therefore we will aim to treat all players in our team and in other teams equally.
  • Equal treatment will also extend to all supporters and volunteers for the club regardless of whether they play or not.
  • Equal treatment will also be extended to spectators and visitors to our events.
  • There will be no discrimination in respect of marital status, gender, sexuality, disability, age, colour, race, religion, nationality, ethnic or national origins.
  • There will be no discrimination on these grounds in terms selection to play, to participate in events, to coach or to spectate.
  • The policy also covers recruitment, playing conduct and the disciplinary procedures. The only basis for playing selection and coaching responsibilities is the committee’s considered opinion of the individuals ability/suitability.
  • All team members and volunteers have a legal and moral obligation not to discriminate and to report incidents of discrimination against any individual or group of individuals.
  • Any team member found to be discriminating will face disciplinary proceedings
