Clubs

There are friendly clubs across Milton Keynes ready to welcome all new players to the lively new sport of korfball - including complete beginners. Check the club information for specific details, but generally, the first two sessions are FREE and then it is £4 per session - but many clubs will offer a discounts for block bookings.

Camels

Camels is a team comprising of players from company teams who want to play league korfball.

The team is augmented with a few experienced players that are not affiliated to a particular club and who do not train regularly.

Camels is a fun team with a mix of experience.  The team plays in South Midlands Division 2.

Colossus

RECRUITING NOW FOR 2012! (BOTH MEN AND LADIES) Colossus train every Monday at Shenley Leisure Centre from 6.30-8.30pm

Training Venue: 

Mighty Oaks

The Oaks are probably the most athletic and naturally competitive team in South Midlands Division 1. The team is made up of teachers (and a few friends) from Oakgrove School.

The team is a former winner of the annual charity companies tournament and will this season be competing in their third league campaign, again in Division 1.

Mighty Oaks is looked after by MK City.

MK Bucks

RECRUITING NOW FOR 2012! (ESPECIALLY MEN ALTHOUGH LADIES WELCOME TOO!) Bucks are current South Midlands Division 1 Champions and Cup Winners. Bucks have a team in South Midlands Division 1, arrange friendlies for beginners, and also field teams in the South East (England) Regional League.

Training Venue: 

MKX U16s

MKX is the MK City youth programme and runs training sessions for U9s, U11s, U13s and U16s.

The U16s play in South Midlands Division 2 and will be looking to take on the 'older' teams.

All MKX teams play in tournaments around the country.

Rogues

RECRUITING NOW FOR 2012! (ESPECIALLY LADIES ALTHOUGH MEN WELCOME TOO!) The yellow machine are on the move to MK Lions Arena, training every Tuesday from 7:45-9:30pm.

Roos

This is the biggest of the MK City clubs and led by the most experienced player/coach in Darren Gray who started playing korfball in 1991.

Roos are looking for new players for the 2011 / 12 season regardless of experience. Roos are ambitious to develop and push for trophies and particularly welcome athletic and competitive players.
